Sapien
In two months, during the Sapien Project, an employment platform for SAP experts at Planit Healthcare, I worked as the lead UI/UX Designer. Upon implementation, I focused on visual designs, including new visual concepts, brand logo, color scheme, overall mood, and UI components.

THE PROBLEM SPACE

After COVID 19, the importance of remote networking for career purposes in the B2B market is being highlighted. We are creating a community network for SAP experts. How can we improve a place network connection service for SAP experts remotely?

OUR SOLUTION

We developed a website, Sapien, where business and SAP expert candidates can easily connect for available positions. By implementing a referral reward system, we have increased both the candidate pool and the quality of candidates.

APPROACH

I researched other competitors in the remote hiring agency sector and compared them based on the function descriptions of each page provided by our Product Manager. Through the competitor analysis, I created an information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes.

VISUAL DESIGN

For the visual identity, I prioritized maintaining consistency with other products’ mood board of Planit Healthcare. I choose blue + gray + black color tones to give trust worthy vibes to users.

For the logo design, we symbolized the first letter of Sapien, 'S,' to represent connectivity. By disconnecting the letter 'S,' it also conveys the meaning of connecting employees and employers.
